Single lesson
US$40 per 50-minute lesson- One 50-minute private lesson, taught live by Tamon
- Time agreed directly with Tamon before payment

Monthly plan
US$148 per 28-day cycle — 4 lessons at US$37 each- Four 50-minute private lessons per 28-day cycle
- Designed around roughly one lesson per week
- Charged automatically every 28 days until cancelled
- Unused lessons expire at the end of the cycle
- Cancel any time before the next cycle begins
Lesson terms in full

| Format | Live one-to-one video call. The meeting link is sent by email before the lesson. |
| Language of instruction | English, with Japanese introduced progressively. No prior Japanese is required. |
| What you need | An internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a browser or app that can join a video call. A headset is recommended but not required. |
| When lessons are delivered | At the date and time confirmed by email after payment. Single lessons are normally scheduled within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plan lessons are delivered within the 28-day cycle in which they were purchased. |
| Rescheduling | A confirmed lesson can be moved once, if you give at least 24 hours notice by email. Inside 24 hours the lesson counts as delivered, whatever the reason. |
| Cancellation of a purchased lesson | Purchased lessons cannot be cancelled for a refund. They can be rescheduled under the rule above. |
| Expiry | Lessons in the monthly plan expire 28 days after the cycle begins. Expired lessons are not carried forward and are not refunded. |
| Cancelling the monthly plan | Email us any time before your next billing date and no further payment is taken. Lessons already paid for in the current cycle stay available until that cycle ends. |
| Payment methods | Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB — processed by Stripe. |
| When payment is taken | Immediately at purchase. Monthly plan payments recur automatically every 28 days. |
| Additional fees | None from Japanese Flow. Your card issuer may charge a foreign transaction or currency conversion fee. |
| Existing students | Students who began lessons before 30 July 2026 continue at their previously agreed rate for as long as they study continuously. |
